My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Papaya, ripe melon, banana, custard, hints of butterscotch, a mix of very mild spices.
Palate: Not quite as fruity as the nose but there is banana, melon and hints of pineapple, light toffee, hints of nutmeg, cardamom and pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and slightly spicy
Overall: An excellent old blend that has its price (~€250). Nice and delicate fruity aromas are balanced with mild spices, there is no smoke to speak of.
Rating: 87/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
